As an owner of Babych Group Realty Vancouver, Ross specializes in commercial leasing and sales with a focus on North Vancouver. Ross entered the commercial real estate industry in 1990 after graduating from UBC’s Bachelor of Commerce program. Ross was involved in over 600 leasing and sales transactions before 2001 and was then averaging over 100 leases, sales or renewals per year through the 2000’s. Working with his partner Jeff Pilkington, they will work on leasing a 200 square foot office space, selling a 110,000 square foot office building or selling a 14 acre development site, no deal is too small or too large. Ross was awarded the Realtors Care Award for 2005 and was a Business Person of the Year finalist for the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce in 2017. Currently, He is the president of the North Shore Crisis Services Society. Since 2005, Ross has been involved with the NSCSS which “promotes a secure and abuse free environment for women and children”. Ross is Vice President of Athletics for Kids, a charity focussing on ensuring all BC kids participate in organized sports by supporting families in need of financial assistance.
